Found at the floor level of the Weyr, as a pregnant Queen should not fly too far, the Queen's rider is never too far away for questions or comments from the weyrfolk.
Also found inside and down some stairs is a council chamber of sorts to discuss military tactics with the Weyrleader.

Individual Weyrs
Accessible only by dragon back, the weyrs are found by the ledges protruding from the rock wall. Inside is a chamber for the dragon to sleep, further back is the riders' chambers. Dragons enjoy to sun themselves on their ledges while their riders are busy.
